Most Elderly People Who Have Problems With Sleeping?

Sleep issues in the elderly are rather common. Obstructive sleep apnea, or short disruptions in breathing during sleep that occur when the upper airway gets frequently obstructed, is the most prevalent kind of sleep disorder experienced by older individuals, according to the National Sleep Foundation. It is believed that 20 to 60 percent of adults over the age of 65 are affected by it.
