Can a disabled veteran’s parents get VA benefits?

• In order to qualify for VA dependent benefits, the parents’ income and net worth must be within the statutory limits, and they must be financially dependent on a veteran who has received a VA disability rating of at least 30%.

• The handicapped veteran submits a claim for supplementary payments for his or her dependent children.
